I moved to Chelmsford about 5 years ago and was recommended to SLP Autos for an MOT test and service by friends. I have been using SLP ever since. You are always made to feel welcome by the reception team and they will always do their best to make everything as easy as possible, everything is explained either by them or one of the technicians and you are offered a cup of tea while you wait. The mechanics are all excellent – you can tell from speaking to them that they have the expertise and experience to know exactly what they are doing with all aspects of fault finding, servicing and repairs. After breaking down with my German Shepherd, who is very vocal at times, we were slotted in (Even though they were very busy) and made to feel very welcome, the mechanic explained in detail what was going on with the car. Very friendly, welcoming and hopefully wont be back soon, but if I do need a repair, you will be my first port of call.
